Joshua Samuel Eising, age 22 of Big Rapids, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on September 30th, 2026. He was born on November 25th, 2003, and met the Eising family in August of 2007. He officially joined the Eising family in September of 2007.

He was preceded in death by his adopted sister Lydia, and his grandparents Ineke Suk, John Eising, and Cornelia Eising. He is survived by his parents Adrian and Rosanne Eising; his siblings Bethany (Daniel) McWhirter, Lucas (Caitlin) Eising, Aaron (Katherine) Eising, Stephen (Alexandra) Eising, Gideon (Taylor) Eising, Andrew Eising, Daniel Eising, Josiah (Riah) Eising, Shiloh (Samuel) Satterlee, and Elijah Eising; his nieces and nephews Annika, Elliot, Lydia, Irene, Adam, Elena, John, Elisabeth, Levi, Ezekiel, Abigail, Miriam, Solomon, David, Caleb, Hannah Grace, Esther, baby Eising, and baby Satterlee; and his Opa Tom Suk.

He loved spending time with his large family, welding, listening to music, playing video games with his nieces and nephews, and playing drums in his church's praise team. He was a hard worker who never complained about his physical limitations. He loved to praise God through music, and his favorite Bible passage was Luke 14, especially verses 12-14. On a normal day, you would find him chopping wood at his family's farm, or enjoying his independence traveling around Big Rapids on a Dial-A-Ride bus, or maybe jamming to some TobyMac music. He left a lasting impression on many people, and will be greatly missed.

Visitation and funeral are Saturday, October 10th. Visitation is at 10am, funeral at 11am. Lunch will follow. Location: Fellowship CRC, 407 Perry Ave, Big Rapids, MI 49307

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Praise Teams of Fellowship CRC.
